I hadn’t had an x-ray in many years and had just grown to accept my lower back pain and stiff neck. The first time Dr. Scott brought his workshop to my office, with the $40 initial exam offer, I resisted, thinking I didn’t really need it. I was under the mistaken notion that what I was doing was maintenance. Wrong! After my partner took advantage of Dr. Scott’s workshop offer through her office and I saw the amazing results, I was sold. I understood that his comprehensive program was the way to get my back and neck to a place where a maintenance program would be all I needed, but for now I was only temporarily relieving a condition that had become chronic. Thank goodness he came back to my office a year later with the same offer! I can’t begin to thank Dr. Scott for the change! I never have lower back pain and better yet, I can do my share of the chores around the house and our 10 acres on the weekends without crawling back to my computer on Monday morning. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional DJ company that exists! We had lost our original DJ seven weeks before our wedding, and found this one. We met with the guy who runs it, and he seemed nice enough, so we went with them - there aren't many options at that point anyway. Sadly, they couldn't even meet our low expectations and went against everything we asked them to do. She even asked my husband, the groom, to help her load her equipment when she was leaving! They didn't have some of the songs we wanted, so my husband had to create the intro song mix that we wanted for our bridal party. The DJ went as far as to argue with him about which song came first, and proceeded to ignore his insistence that she was wrong, and announced the best man to the maid of honor's song, which was completely embarrassing. Then she called the wrong name for the mother of the groom, she didn't announce the tables of the bridal party and family to get up and get their food, and tried to call my husband and my daughter up for their dance while she was taking a nap! She refused to play it later, she ignored my mother's request for her to call up the tables she'd ignored, she ignored my request for one song and I was the bride!!! All of these things infuriated us and so we brought it to the attention of the owner, who refused to speak with me, and insisted on having my husband contact him. When he did, the DJ owner ridiculed him and told him that he considered this case closed, and lied about not receiving our money or contract in time, which we had proof for otherwise, it was just the most unprofessional and inconsiderate "customer service" if you can call it that, that we'd ever EVER seen! Absolutely appauling. I guess that's why they don't get much business. He told us he wanted to speak with my father-in-law because he was the one who paid for it, regardless of whether or not it was our wedding. Just absolutely rude and ridiculous! There are spiders and roaches coming from the walls. There is stagnant water collected in the bottom of the hot water heater, which the owner of the building has done nothing about although he saw it with his own eyes when they showed up here about something that had nothing to do with my apt.. There are poison mouse boxes which were here when I moved in and the building manager claimed to know nothing about, my toilet has been broken for a week and I've begged, threatened and pleaded to have the manager Terrilee Norstedt and the janitor, Naser Udaj, fix, but I have been ignored. In short, this place is a tenant's nightmare. Nobody gives a goddamn about you. It looks nice, but it isn't. I have lived in around a dozen places over the years and I've never seen such total disregard for the tenants. And I just moved from what was I felt the worst place ever, 6324 N. The staff was very professional, the repairs were that best I have ever had. Great fit & finish, the color match was perfect. I was really surprised how quickly my car was repaired. It was given back to me clean inside and out, the cookies were a nice touch. AAA Insurance Company sent me to Cass Collision, they worked very well with them, and the run around was kept to a minimum. I was given a Lifetime Warranty so atleast if there is a problem (none so far) with the repairs I won't need to worry. I would return to this shop in the future, I have sent a friend to them and they did a good job for George too. My neck and shoulder muscles had knots the size of oyster shells and the headaches were demonic. I used to go in for massages, which helped for a few hours-but the sequences of appointments with Dr. Dubrul are on a whole other level. My range of motion in dance when doing things like arabesques, battements, attitudes, and more had increased vastly. Both of my dance teachers have commented on the change.
