UPS Store in Milford, MI - What a Nightmare! UPS lost a valuable package and the Milford store was not helpful in resolving the issue. I kept getting a run-around and the "UPS Store" of Milford kept telling me they are not UPS and they did not lose the package, but UPS did? What, how is the UPS store not UPS? Regardless, this experience has left me so frustrated and never wanting to use UPS ever again. Use the United State Postal Office, cheaper and at least you know who you are working with.
