A few years ago I was in a horrible traffic collision that suddenly changed my life. I went from a carefree college student to a person who had to take strong medication to handle the constant pain. My doctor's appointments and therapy sessions seemed endless, and I felt terribly victimized. Upon the recommendation of my doctor, I hired Scott Delius for his legal services, because he told me that Scott was the only attorney that he trusted. Constant pain from an injury is something few have to endure, but it was comforting to realize that Scott could truly empathize with me. I was very nervous about everything, but Scott handled things in a way that brought ease to my mind. I will never forget how Scott helped me through some of the most difficult times of my life. I highly recommend Scott to anyone seeking legal counsel, because he is thorough, personable, and very helpful. I remain thankful to him for his services.

I would highly recommend Scott Delius to anyone with a workers' comp. injury. After my injury I tried to handle it on my own and it was a complete nightmare. I was having problems with workers' compensation paying bills, problems with doctors, medications, you name it. Mr. Delius came highly recommended to me from a very prominent lawyer in Atlanta. I retained Mr. Delius and since I did I have had a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. He immediately got all of my bills taken care of, helped me to switch doctors, always responds immediately to any of my concerns and takes care of them promptly. Mr. Delius really does care about the health and well being of his clients. I was fighting a losing battle until I hired Mr. Delius. He gets the job done.
