I have given Big Mikes a few tries everytime on a weeeknd and have received the worst service each time! My expierences have ranged from rude waitresses and a female cook who consistently burns the steak and the burgers. I even had a girl at the bar Candice role her eyes at me when I placed an order not to mention the Head cook Joe closed down the grill. On a weeeknd too! I have found each visit to be worst than the last there is no concern for the customer, and they only care about taking your money at the end of your meal. I can get better service at McDonalds. Sorry Big Mike your resturant is a joke!

poor management always out of food i was there on sunday first ones to be there. they were out of bake potatoes out of fries out of steak sause waitted 2 hrs to get my food there was only one cook and more then 20 people waitting for there food people started walking out i would not go back even if the food was good
