Bought a batch of baseball caps from AZ Hotshots. The embroidery quality was great, but the hats they sold me were way too small for an adult head. They pretty much said I was out of luck unless I bought more hats from them, so I'm out about $120 and stuck with hats I can't use. There are plenty of other embroidery shops in North Phoenix, so I won't use these folks again.They're nice people, but it's just not worth the risk.
