Britain defiant as Islamic State group claims concert attack
British Prime Minister Theresa May vowed Tuesday "terrorists will not prevail" after an eight-year-old girl was among 22 people killed at a packed pop concert in a suicide bombing claimed by the Islamic State group. Britain's worst terror bloodshed for more than a decade came just over two weeks before the country votes in a general election, and after a series of deadly jihadist attacks across Europe. Witnesses described the horror when the suicide bomber blew himself up as youngsters streamed out of the concert by US star Ariana Grande at one of Europe's largest indoor venues in Manchester, northern England.
Melania Trump has no time for Donald's need for hand-holding
Few people are capable of telling Donald Trump no ? except, maybe, Melania Trump. Take a look at this latest clip, featuring President Trump walking down an airport tarmac in Israel with his wife Melania. Trump repeatedly goes for his wife's hand, only to have her smack him away. SEE ALSO: Can you find the hidden and scared government official? The clip gets really good/profoundly depressing about 4 seconds in. It's hard to have any empathy for Melania, who recently delivered a women's empowerment speech to Saudi women in which she encouraged them to manage their "work life" balance. Saudi women are some of the most oppressed women in the world, and can't travel or go to the doctor without a male guardian's permission. Maybe they just need to get their permission chakras in order? Oh, Melania. It's all hard to swallow, but that doesn't mean we can't rejoice in this small, delightfully humiliating moment of resistance to the president. Every little hand smack counts.
