Salvation Army opens new distribution center in James City, seeks storage facility
JAMES CITY ? The volunteers of Williamsburg's chapter of the Salvation Army anticipate helping hundreds of families over the next several weeks out of its new seasonal distribution center on Richmond Road. But, they say, they could help even more if they had a separate storage area for the numerous donations they receive.
