HARRODSBURG ? Mercer County deputies are seeking leads on vandals who smashed windows overnight Sunday in the county.
HARRODSBURG ? Three residents are in the Boyle County Detention Center after a stolen weapons investigation by city officers. The case began at 4:17 p.m. Monday, when East Factory Street resident Marvin Dearing reported three handguns stolen from his home during a burglary.
Police Investigate Another Robbery At Lexington Bank
Lexington police said United Bank on Harrodsburg Road had been robbed for the second time in less than a month. Officers said the latest robbery happened just after 2:00pm Tuesday. Police said the bank robber was a man wearing a ski mask and plastic gloves. The same branch was also held up back on November 25. Police said two suspects were arrested last week in that robbery.

UPDATE: Man & Woman Arrested In Lexington Bank Robbery
Lexington police said a man and woman had been charged in a bank robbery. Investigators accused Kenneth Honican and Amanda J. Eldridge of holding up United Bank on Harrodsburg Road. The robbery happened on November 25. Police said Honican had been arrested Wednesday in Lexington. According to investigators, Eldridge was arrested in Jessamine County. When Winchester artist Bill Berryman was an adolescent, his parents used to take him to see Old Fort Harrod in Harrodsburg and on the way they would usually stop to visit the Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill. Even at that young age, Bill was more impressed and imaginatively drawn to Pleasant Hill than he was to the fort.
