31-year-old Nicole Villegas is charged with murdering her live-in boyfriend, Lamar Capers. Villegas was arrested Monday evening in Elyria.
Police: Elyria man shot and killed in driveway
Elyria Police Officers were called to 635 Lowell St. early Monday morning in reference to a shooting. When they arrived, they found a 32-year-old black man lying in the driveway. He had been shot and the Lorain County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead.
