Colleen Roberta Lumley, age 78, of Downey, CA, passed away December 5, 2014. She was a very loving devoting mother, grandmother, sister and friend, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives with her presence.

DOWNEY ?The Downey Rose Float Association passed the final series of inspections mandated by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade last Satruday. The last in the series of three tests is the Test Inspection 2 (T2). The Test Inspection 2 included a full test operation of the entire float.
